Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Crystal Sells Toledo SMS program. The program sends inquiry-related customer-care texts only to consumers who directly and voluntarily opt in to text messages from Crystal Sells Toledo. These terms do not authorize automated or AI voice calls and do not enroll anyone in an unrelated marketing list.

SMS Terms

Program name: Crystal Sells Toledo.

Program description: Text messages relate to a real estate inquiry the consumer submitted to Crystal Sells Toledo. Messages may include replies to that inquiry, requested home-valuation follow-up, requested property information, appointment scheduling or reminders, answers to questions, and closely related service updates. This is not a third-party lead-generation, affiliate-marketing, list-rental or promotional blast program.

• Message frequency varies. There is no fixed schedule. How often you receive a message depends on your inquiry and the follow-up you requested.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for sending or receiving text messages.
• Reply STOP to opt out. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT are treated as opt-out requests. Plain-language requests such as “please stop texting me” are also honored. After an opt-out, automated texts must remain blocked unless you later complete a deliberate re-opt-in.

• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

How consent works

SMS consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox on Crystal Sells Toledo web forms. The checkbox starts unchecked and is not required to submit the real estate inquiry or receive service. Consent applies only to this Crystal Sells Toledo SMS program and is not transferable to another business, affiliate, campaign or marketing list.

Submitting a later web form does not silently override a prior STOP or other do-not-text request. A stopped number remains blocked until a deliberate re-opt-in is completed.

No third-party marketing

Crystal Sells Toledo does not sell, rent or transfer SMS consent or mobile opt-in data to third parties, affiliates, lead buyers or marketers for promotional use. The program is first-party customer care for Crystal Sells Toledo and does not conduct affiliate marketing or third-party lead generation.

Consent is not a condition of service

You do not have to agree to text messages to submit a real estate inquiry, request a home valuation, ask a question, schedule a conversation, or work with Crystal. Leaving the SMS checkbox unticked does not affect the underlying request.

Privacy

The SMS-specific Privacy Policy explains what information is used to operate this program and states that mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes or termination

Crystal may stop the SMS program at any time. If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page will change before the revised terms are used for new SMS consent.
