Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Crystal Sells Toledo text messaging program. It explains what information is used to provide inquiry-related text messages, how consent and opt-out records are handled, and the limited service providers that process this information on Crystal’s behalf. Crystal Sells Toledo SMS program

The program is operated by Crystal Saylor, a licensed Ohio real estate salesperson affiliated with Key Realty LTD, trading online as Crystal Sells Toledo. Text messages are limited to a real estate inquiry the consumer submitted and related customer-care follow-up, such as requested property information, home-valuation follow-up, appointment scheduling or reminders, and answers to questions about that inquiry.

This is not a third-party lead-generation, affiliate-marketing or list-rental program. SMS consent is optional, separate from the underlying real estate inquiry, and is not a condition of service.

Information collected for SMS

When you choose the SMS checkbox on a Crystal Sells Toledo web form, the program records the phone number you provided, the fact that you selected SMS consent, the exact disclosure and version shown to you, the date and time, the form and page where the choice was made, and a submission reference. Your name, email and inquiry details may also be stored with your contact record so Crystal can respond to what you asked for.

If you later send a text to Crystal Sells Toledo, the messaging provider and Crystal’s systems process the sending phone number, message content and provider message identifiers needed to receive the message, respond when appropriate, and honor opt-out or help requests.

How SMS information is used

SMS information is used only to provide and administer the Crystal Sells Toledo messaging program: replying to a consumer-initiated real estate inquiry, providing requested information, coordinating appointments, maintaining consent and suppression records, honoring STOP or other do-not-text requests, responding to HELP, and keeping compliance evidence about those choices.

No sale or marketing sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other data-sharing use and will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

Crystal uses service providers only to operate the messaging and contact-management systems. These providers process information on Crystal’s behalf and are not recipients of SMS consent for their own marketing:

• Twilio provides the messaging infrastructure used to send and receive SMS and to process standard messaging keywords.
• HubSpot stores Crystal’s contact record and the current consent state used for operational follow-up.
• Neon stores append-only consent and suppression evidence used to prove and enforce messaging choices.
• Vercel hosts the website and server endpoints that receive form and messaging requests.

Providing data to these processors so they can run Crystal’s own messaging service is not permission for them, an affiliate, a lead buyer or any other third party to market to you.

Your messaging choices

• Message frequency varies. There is no fixed schedule; messages depend on the inquiry and follow-up you requested.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. A do-not-text request is recorded and future automated SMS must remain blocked unless a deliberate re-opt-in is completed.

Retention

Consent and suppression evidence is retained as needed to document and honor your messaging choices. Contact records are kept while Crystal is working with you or following up on your request, and afterward as required by applicable real estate record-keeping obligations. An opt-out record may be retained even after ordinary contact information is removed because keeping the block is how Crystal avoids contacting that number again.
