Privacy Policy

The short version: we use your form details to respond to your request and manage related follow-up. We also record how you found the site, so Crystal can understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries. Your details are never sold. This page also names every third-party service this site loads, because some of them see something about your visit whether or not you ever fill in a form.

Effective and last updated September 16, 2026.

What is collected when you submit a form

The home valuation, Seller Strategy Review and contact forms collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, these include your first and last name, your email address, your phone number, the property address you asked about, when you might sell, the condition of the property, what you are getting in touch about, and any message or notes you write. Every field is required except the notes box on the valuation and Seller Strategy Review forms, which is optional.

Submitted alongside it, automatically, is the context of the inquiry: the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the site that referred you, campaign information in the link you followed (including Google, Meta or Microsoft click identifiers), when you first arrived, when you submitted, and a reference number for your request. This is how Crystal can tell which of her efforts reach people. This information is stored with your inquiry.

The submission service temporarily holds IP addresses in server memory to limit repeated requests. Expired entries are cleared during later requests or when the server instance ends. This service does not add them to your contact record. Hosting providers may separately process request information under their own terms.

Why it is processed

To prepare and send what you asked for, and to follow up about that request. If you asked for a valuation, the form records how far along you are, including a “Just curious about the value” option, and that is stored with your inquiry.

We also record how you found the site so Crystal can understand which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries.

What runs on this site

Your information is never sold or traded, and it is not shared for anyone else’s marketing. It is handled by the service providers listed below, each of which processes it on Crystal’s behalf and under its own privacy terms.

Vercel — hosting and Web Analytics

The site is hosted on Vercel, which necessarily sees the requests your browser makes to it. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits: it is cookieless and records the page visited, a referrer, and a coarse country, device and browser type. It does not build a profile of you and cannot follow you to other sites.

Google Analytics 4 — on the live site

The live site loads Google Analytics 4. Preview and local builds do not. It records the pages you view, a coarse location derived from your IP address, your device and browser, and a small set of events this site defines itself — clicking a call or email link, starting or completing a step of a form, and whether a submission succeeded or failed. Form-event tracking records the action, not the contents of your form. Where an event records a link destination, a mailto address is recorded without its subject or message.

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) so repeat visits can be told apart. There is no cookie banner on this site today. Private browsing does not necessarily prevent analytics collection. Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser or content-blocking settings may also limit tracking, depending on how they are configured. Nothing on the site is withheld if you use them.

Google Fonts

Typefaces are served from Google Fonts. Loading them means Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. No cookie is set by the font files.

Google Places — address suggestions

When this feature is enabled, Google’s Maps script loads with the page and receives normal connection information, such as your IP address. As you type in the address field, the entered address text is sent to Google to return suggestions. Nothing else on the form is sent. If the feature is disabled, the field is an ordinary text box and the site does not make those Maps or Places requests.

Cloudflare Turnstile — checking that a person filled the form

The forms on this site use Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps tell a person filling in a form apart from an automated script. When you open a page containing one of these forms, Cloudflare’s script loads and receives normal connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, together with signals about how the browser behaves. It does not receive anything you type into the form.

When you submit, the site sends the resulting verification token to Cloudflare to confirm it is genuine. That check sends the token only — not your name, email address, phone number, property address, message or IP address — and the token itself is never stored, never added to Crystal’s contact records and never included in any email. Most visitors are verified without doing anything; occasionally Cloudflare asks you to confirm with a single click. If the check does not pass, the submission is refused before it reaches any of the systems described on this page, and you can still call or email Crystal instead.

HubSpot — contact records

When you submit a form, the details above are sent to HubSpot, the customer relationship system where Crystal keeps her contact records and follow-ups. HubSpot stores your contact details and a dated record of your inquiry. If you contact Crystal again using the same email address, the new inquiry is added to your contact history rather than replacing what came before.

Zoho Mail — email replies

After a form submission has been successfully stored in HubSpot, the site may use Zoho Mail to send a short acknowledgement from Crystal’s email account. Zoho receives the recipient email address, first name and the contents of that acknowledgement for delivery. The acknowledgement does not include your property address, phone number, selling timeline, property condition, message, notes or campaign information. If you reply, that reply is delivered to Crystal’s Zoho Mail inbox.

Text messages and automated calls

The forms on this site have two optional tick boxes: one to allow text messages about your inquiry, and a separate one to allow calls that may use automated technology and an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice. Both start unticked. Neither is required, and leaving both unticked has no effect on your request or on the help you receive.

If you tick a box, what is recorded is the choice itself, the exact wording you were shown, a version identifier for that wording, the phone number you provided, the page you were on, the time, and a reference number for the submission. That record is stored with your inquiry in HubSpot. Your IP address is not stored as part of it — addresses are held briefly in server memory to limit repeated submissions, as described above, and are not added to your contact record.

Message frequency varies. Texts are a reply to something you asked for, so how many you get depends on your own inquiry — there is no scheduled or recurring send, and no broadcast list. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan; that is between you and your carrier, and nothing is charged by this site.

Permission is tied to the number you gave at the time. If your number changes, the earlier permission does not follow you to the new one.

Twilio — text message delivery

When text messages are sent, Twilio is the provider that delivers them. Twilio receives the recipient phone number, the message content, and delivery metadata such as timestamps and delivery status, in order to send the message and report what happened to it. If you reply, Twilio receives that reply and passes it on.

Retell AI — automated voice calls

When automated calls are made, Retell AI is the provider that places and conducts them. Retell receives the phone number being called and the content of the conversation in order to run the call. An automated call identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start.

Calls are not recorded or transcribed. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it starts, not after.

What is never done with your mobile information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. The providers named above receive what they need to deliver a message or place a call you asked for, and nothing is sold or handed to anyone for their own marketing.

These permissions cover your inquiry — replies, valuations you asked for, appointments and reminders, information you requested, and closely related updates. They are not a marketing list. Anything broader would be asked for separately.

Stopping messages and calls

Reply STOP to any text to end the texts, or HELP for contact details. Plain English works too. On a call, saying you do not want to be called again ends the automated calls. You can also email crystal@crystalsellstoledo.com.

Texts and calls are tracked separately, so stopping one does not automatically stop the other — say you want to stop everything and both stop. Once you have opted out, submitting another form does not quietly restart them. The record of your opt-out is kept so it can be honoured, and turning a channel back on takes a deliberate re-opt-in.

Full detail is in the Terms & Conditions.

Anyone else

Beyond the providers above, your information is shared only where it is necessary to complete a transaction you have asked for — a title company, lender or inspector you have chosen to work with — or where the law requires it.

Your SMS opt-in and your SMS consent are never transferred as part of that transaction-related sharing. A title company, lender or inspector you have chosen to work with may legitimately need your contact details, including your phone number, to complete the transaction you asked for — but your permission to be texted stays with Crystal. It is not passed on, and nobody who receives your number that way has your permission to text you.

Mobile information is not sold, and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The service providers named above process information on Crystal’s behalf to operate this website and her messaging and contact systems; that is not permission for them, an affiliate or a lead buyer to market to you. What is collected for text messages, and how consent and opt-out records are kept, is set out in the Crystal Sells Toledo SMS Privacy Policy.

How long it is kept

Contact records are kept while Crystal is working with you or following up on your request, and afterward for as long as the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed real estate brokerage require. They are deleted on request, subject to those obligations.

Analytics data is kept according to the retention period configured in each provider’s own console. The IP address used for submission rate limiting is held only in temporary server memory, and expired entries are cleared during later requests or when the server instance ends.

This site also uses your browser’s local storage to remember your first visit and the campaign information in the link you followed, even if you never submit a form. That record stays on your device until it is cleared from the browser; this site does not currently set an automatic expiration for it. Clearing site data for this site removes it.

Asking what is held, or asking for deletion

Email crystal@crystalsellstoledo.com from — or naming — the address you used, and say whether you want a copy of what is held, a correction, or deletion. Crystal may need to confirm your identity before acting on the request. She will explain what can be provided or removed, and what must be retained under applicable requirements. If a request cannot be met in full, you will be told which part and why.

A request may cover information held in contact records and by service providers. Crystal will review what can be located and removed, and explain any limits or required retention. Analytics events do not record your name or email, but some carry the same reference number as your inquiry.

Changes to this page

If a service is added or removed, this page is updated to say so and the date at the top of it changes. There is no separate notification.

Listing information

Any property information shown on this site is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and is subject to change without notice. Nothing here is an offer or a solicitation of property already listed with another broker.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, ancestry, military status, or any other class protected under federal, state or local law.
