About
Meet the agent behind Crystal Sells Toledo
Crystal SaylorKey Realty LTD Licensed in Ohio
A Perrysburg mom, a Key Realty agent working all of Greater Toledo, and someone who genuinely likes this strange, personal business of helping people move.
I did not come to real estate looking for an easy job. I came to it because I kept watching people make the biggest financial decision of their lives with someone who was barely paying attention.
I live in Perrysburg. My kids go to school here. I look at the details that can affect a decision, including property condition, association fees and information about flood risk.
That local knowledge is not a marketing line for me — it is the reason I go deep here rather than spreading thin. I would rather know one ZIP code completely than five of them vaguely.
That is about how well I can serve you, though, not about where I am willing to work. I help buyers and sellers right across Greater Toledo, and I would genuinely love to hear from you wherever in the area you are moving.
What you can expect from me
I answer my own phone. Not an assistant, not a call service. If I miss you, leave a message and I will reply personally.
I will tell you the truth about your house. Including the parts that are awkward: the smell you have stopped noticing, the wallpaper, the price you are hoping for that sales of similar homes will not support. That conversation is uncomfortable once. Six months on the market is uncomfortable every single day.
I do the unglamorous work. Chasing the lender. Meeting the inspector. Rescheduling the appraiser. The parts nobody posts about.
I will tell you not to move if that is the right call. I would rather have your trust for the next twenty years than your commission this quarter.
Outside of work
I am a mom first — which mostly means my weekends belong to sports fields, birthday parties and the grocery store. It also means I understand exactly what it is like to organize a move around small children, and I plan showings and closings accordingly.

Why Perrysburg first
Why Perrysburg is a focus
I focus closely on Perrysburg while helping buyers and sellers across Greater Toledo. For each home, I review the local evidence rather than assuming every area works the same way.
Everywhere else in Greater Toledo, you still get the same agent, the same marketing and the same phone number.
No pressure, no obligation
Let’s talk about your move.
Tell me what you are considering. We can talk about your timing, the questions you have, and what information would help you decide what to do next.
