These terms cover the text messages and phone calls Crystal Sells Toledo may send you about a real estate inquiry you submitted. They apply only if you ticked one of the permission boxes on a form. If you did not, none of this runs, and Crystal simply replies the ordinary way.

Who is contacting you

These communications come from Crystal Saylor, a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Ohio (License # 2025003655), affiliated with Key Realty LTD, trading online as Crystal Sells Toledo. Reach a human at (419) 245-4655 or crystal@crystalsellstoledo.com.

What these messages are for

They are about the inquiry you submitted and nothing else. That means replying to your request, following up on a valuation you asked for, arranging and reminding you about appointments, sending information you asked for, answering questions about your inquiry, and closely related updates about the property or service you raised.

This is not a marketing list. You are not being subscribed to newsletters, drip campaigns, listing blasts or promotional offers. If Crystal ever wants to run something like that, it will ask for its own separate permission rather than stretch this one.

SMS Terms

• Message frequency varies. There is no fixed schedule. How often you hear from Crystal depends on what is happening with your inquiry.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving texts. Crystal does not charge you anything.
• Reply STOP to opt out. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT all end the texts. You will get one confirmation message and then nothing further.
• Reply HELP for help. You will get Crystal’s name and contact details.
• Plain English works too. “Please stop texting me” is treated as an opt-out even though it is not one of the keywords above.
• Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Networks, handsets and service providers can delay or drop messages.

Automated and AI voice calls

This is a separate permission with its own box. Ticking the text-message box does not authorise calls, and ticking the calls box does not authorise texts.

• If you agreed, Crystal may call the number you provided using automated technology and an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice.
• An automated call will say so at the start. It identifies itself as an AI assistant for Crystal Saylor and says why it is calling. It will not pretend to be a person.
• You can end it at any time. Saying “stop calling me”, “don’t call me again”, “take me off your list” or anything to that effect stops the automated calls. You do not have to use particular words, and the assistant will not argue with you or keep selling.
• Calls are not recorded or transcribed. If that ever changes, this page and the Privacy Policy will say so before it does, not after.

Consent is not a condition of service

You do not have to agree to either of these to submit a form, get a valuation, ask a question or work with Crystal. Both boxes start unticked and leaving them that way changes nothing about the help you get.

Stopping, and starting again

The two permissions are tracked separately. Opting out of texts does not by itself stop calls, and asking not to be called does not by itself stop texts — tell Crystal you want to stop everything and both will stop. Once you have opted out, submitting another form will not quietly restart the messages: turning a channel back on takes a deliberate re-opt-in, not a re-ticked box.

To stop everything, reply STOP to a text, say so on a call, or email crystal@crystalsellstoledo.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the regular user of the phone number you give, or authorised to give permission for it. Do not enter someone else’s number.

Termination and changes

Crystal may stop sending these communications, or stop the programme entirely, at any time. If these terms change materially, the date at the top of this page changes with them.

Privacy

What is collected, who processes it and how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
